NEWTS Weight Training Systems are designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals at their own unique pace with the ultimate goal of helping the client become their own best coach, and not eternally dependent on an instructor. The program is progressive and the results are cumulative. This individually tailored program starts with a 3-Part Online Assessment, which helps the coach ascertain the specific needs of the client. Every client is unique and the NEWTS approach is ideal for adjusting to that. Each workout builds on the the skills, strengths, and conditioning of the previous workout. As the workouts progress, the program evolves to meet the client's continually changing needs, and the client evolves and gains the attributes necessary for more sophisticated workouts and even more accelerated results. Results are consistent, progressive, cumulative, predictable and guaranteed.
