FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How long are your personal training sessions?
A: Personal Training Sessions can be as short as 45 minutes, or as long as 75 minutes.  It depends greatly on the level of the client and what concepts and methods are being introduced each day.  Protocols can be adjusted to meet specific client requests.  For example if a client needs to get a great workout in less time, we can alter the format to fit that without altering the effectiveness.

Q: How long until I see results?
A: Not long!  You will feel different after just a few days.  Our methods are THAT effective.  Often we need to lighten the stimulus at the client request.  We can deliver results as quickly or as slowly as you can handle.   Following all of our methods explicitly will lead to the fastest results, but each person must do only what they are READY for.  Our program offers constant assessment and reassessment.  There is no guesswork.  We do not wait 6-8 weeks, after you have spent significant money, to show you some nifty colorful graphs showing your progress.  You will look and feel fitter and healthier on a daily basis and KNOW that your body is now moving in the right direction.

Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?
A: Again, this is specific to the individual.  Most clients work out with the personal trainer 2 or 3 times each week.  Some may only want 1 session per week to act as "training wheels", others want the high level of accountability of 4-5 times per week.  However many sessions you have with the trainer, you will also have (optional, but highly recommended) "homework" - sessions you are prescribed to complete on your own before your next scheduled personal training session.
